Sinon, petit retour en arri\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de mon s\u00e9jour en Gr\u00e8ce, entre octobre et novembre, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 surprise d\u2019observer la pr\u00e9sence de myrtes absolument partout. Des arbustes sauvages, des haies, et m\u00eame des arbres, dont un sur le terrain de mon amie. Il n\u2019en fallait pas plus : nous sommes parties en mission cueillette, \u00e0 coups de kilos, en r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont j\u2019allais travailler ce fruit au parfum l\u00e9g\u00e8rement r\u00e9sineux, si \u00e9vocateur du maquis et du Sud. C\u2019est vrai que ce n\u2019est pas tous les jours qu\u2019on a l\u2019occasion de pouvoir travailler avec une telle quantit\u00e9 de cette petite merveille encore trop m\u00e9connue en cuisine.\u00a0Je suis donc partie sur la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un <strong>sirop de myrte car une pr\u00e9paration simple, polyvalente<\/strong>, et surtout\u00a0<strong>id\u00e9ale pour conserver ce parfum toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e<\/strong>.<br>En parlant de conservation, d\u00e9couvrez en dessous de la recette, <strong>comment st\u00e9rilis\u00e9 chez soit facilement ses bouteilles\/pots<\/strong> pour pouvoir conserver vos pr\u00e9paration.
